We were not allowed to check in to our room until 2 hours after check in time because the rooms were not ready. Why would we be expected to pay full price for a room if we aren't allowed to check in at the agreed time. Staff was rude when asked about this

The staff was not friendly. The room was not cleaned. The bathroom looked like they started to clean it and stopped and never came back. The bed had blood on it and the sheets were dirty. Didnt complain because the staff was rude on arrival. So we just did the best we could with what we had and let as soon as we woke up the next morning. Would never stay there again. It’s not a clean place. Very disappointed.
