I booked a king room. When I got there they said booking.com didn’t show accurate information and they were out of king rooms so I had to get a queen. In addition to that, I realized after check out I have been charged twice for the room. They staff was nice in helping me but now I have to wait 7-10 business days for the refund to take place

Free parking, close to the riverfront. I liked walking through the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. Appreciated having breakfast provided in the morning. The beds were very comfortable! We appreciated being on the top floor.
Negatives:
Rooms were not ready at check-in time. The body soap dispenser was empty in the shower. Breakfast ends a little too early. No hot tub in the pool area. The only way to get to the lobby is via the elevator as the stairs all led outside.
