We had an issue with the television being on streaming and took a while to get it to cable so we could watch the basketball games for march madness. The staff did offer to move us to a different room.

The front desk staff and lady who made breakfast were amazing. Loved that there was an extra room for my kids in the suite.

The bathroom was small. There were no extra blankets or pillows for my children on the pull out bed. House keeping did not change our sheets/blankets! They just made the bed with our dirty sheets and blankets.
