the location was directly off the highway. the suite was just spacious enough

this is the second Hilton I stayed at in three days that didn't have any bedding for the pullout sofa. I realize is easy to just call. I removed the stained cushions and there were crumbs on top of the pullout. I proceeded to pull out the sofa and there was a sock at the top of the bed. I put the sofa bed back in and slept on top of the cushions. There was a hot chocolate station in the lobby, but the hot waster was empty, and the marsh mellows were empty. Now, I don't need any marsh mellows, my point is if the stations isn't stocked properly, they should take it down for the evening. We were told breakfast was at 6am, which suited are purpose, since we had to be on the road early, but when we got down to the lobby, we were told there was a mistake and breakfast will not be at 7am. Unfortunately, since it was christmas day, nothin else was open expect the gas station.

Loved that they had a big room to fit our family. The staff was super nice and helpful when we spoke with them. Especially the first day (the man who greeted us when we arrived and the blonde lady later that day), but all days. The breakfast ladies seemed a little grumpy but that's OK. To be fair I didn't try to talk to them, ha. Their faces suggested I should just let them do their job.

Nothing major! Would have liked bacon for breakfast ha. It's the only pork I'll eat and they had every kind BUT over the course of our stay. Pillows were flat and lackluster. Otherwise, it met our needs really well.
