Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast included. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates. Free parking. Quiet.
Negatives:
No one at desk for night check in and door bell did not work. Ended up having to call to get someone to check me in. My key card reset itself on 2nd night and couldn't get into my room. Had to have reprogrammed. Little selection at breakfast. Water pressure in shower was low. Room was moist. Humidifier in room.

Everything about the hotel was filthy bathroom had mold the wifi was no good the covers was dirty so i brought my own it was the worse six days ever the bathroom was also was so small you can barely move around

The Desk personnel was nice though seemed strapped to protocol that was exhausting. Multiple things to sign, I had to pay (after I usually pay a third party)

Public entrance, lobby and stairwell simply dirty. Understand construction but consider having trades put down paper to roll their stuff in on vs. the carpet.

I often book at this hotel for myself and my drivers when we need to work in Fort Wayne. I am a white female I have also booked for a black female. Neither of us were asked for a Depost, my black male driver was asked for a deposit. (Credit card on file) every time we come there I use book it. com for my reservations
