Housekeeping only came in once to give clean towels. The entire trip housekeeping didn't clean up or make the beds. The heating unit would initially heat the room up but then would lightly blow cool air. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was 50/50, some staff were friendly and attentive, other staff would ignore you as you walked by as they were too preoccupied in conversation amongst each other or on their cellphones.

Breakfast was good enough to start the day. Nice having coffee available all day. The staff is genuinely happy to help you. They are nice, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, happy. Whitney, Emily and Jaylin made our trip all the more better. You are lucky to have them on your team. We will try to stay at your properties when we are travelling in the future mostly because of them. Thank you!
