The room was spacious, bed reasonably comfortable

Dirty carpets- common areas really needed vacuuming. The tub was rusty and the furnishings tired. Breakfast was minimal. Pool closed for repair/maintenance. Work out room without remote for the tv and limited equipment

I understand the second floor was due for renovation and the hotel was crowded because of the eclipse. I was unhappy that the bedding did not seem clean, the tv did not work, the key did not work, and there was no hand towel or trash can.

I did not like one of the staff knocking on my door starting at 9:30. Then kept coming back knocking and stood there and when I open the door, he said you have to check out. I still have 30 minutes left until 11. He was rude and annoying. Wont be back

I thought the room was very clean and comfortable.

The A/C didn't seem to control very well. Room was warmer than a/c setpoint Inside door latch was missing which I feel is a security issue. Breakfast was terrible. Most of the warm food was cold. The orange and cranberry juice was just water.

Comfortable stay for one night
Positives:
I enjoyed my stay there, as it was quiet and peaceful. There were not large groups of undesirable, noisy people in the area, which makes for a much better stay, more like home than in the middle of a stadium. I have been here in the past and I will definitely be back in the spring.
Negatives:
The only thing that I did not like was that the room's thermostat did not want to cooperate; but other than that, everything was just fine. If I would have called the front desk, I am sure it would have been taken care of, but it was not that big of an issue.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to, filthy dirty I was afraid to touch anything, numerous families that ran the place also lived there kids every where running, screaming, everything in my room was broken or didn't work, needless to say I checked out as quickly as I checked in, no refund, no apology, DO NOT STAY HERE !! Needs to be closed down what a disgusting place!!
