Linda was rude from the moment we walked in! We had booked several rooms as a result of our daughters wedding and someone before us must have really made her mad because she was unprofessional, rude and threatened us that we would be in big trouble if we made any noise! She is not the staff you want greeting tired or excited guests when they arrive!!

Something in the room had my allergies acting up, I think there might of been an animal in there before me, and of course there wasn't any Kleenex in the room, had to use toilet paper. There was a shoe print on one of the beds, on the sheet, it was on the side of the bed. One bed was hard as a brick and the other was sagging. There was long black hairs on the shower wall. For the price I expected more.
