breakfast was average, but refilled, rooms were fine, room was refreshed 2nd day, nice surprise, handle eclipse crowd pretty well, price wasn't crazy for booking 6 weeks out

both elevators out when arrive, one working when left, ice machine not working, key card did not work on day 2, coffee machine produced dark hot water 1st evening, no towels at pool 2nd day

Hotel was clean, even through remodeling! Room was nice, beds were comfy. Huge Breakfast, but they couldnt keep up with how many people there so missed out on some food. The Elevator was a little sketchy. I would totally stay here every time in town

We had no hot water in the morning when I called the front deak they told me to cut the water off and cut it back on asked for a manager they told me they did not have and gave me a corporate number

Location was perfect, right next to the freeway. Gas station and food places right next door. Room was as pictured, very clean, decent breakfast. Would stay again.

I approached Manager Rodney to address a serious issue concerning the clogging of both the toilet and tub in our room. However, instead of assisting us in resolving the matter, he displayed a rude and dismissive attitude towards myself and my husband.

There was nothing good about this place. Best Western really needs to step in and do something instead of ignoring the issues at this location. Im going to tell everyone about my horrible experience here.

The hotel staff was rude, my car was almost broken into thank god for on star. I travel a lot with sport teams and this place is the biggest dump Ive ever stayed at.
