Positives:
The room smelled strangely of mildew. The carpet was dirty and I was glad I brought my sandals to wear. The ceiling had stains and wet spots all over. The temperature was difficult to regulate. I was actually afraid due to the transient feel. Would have left immediately but just had a hip replaced and was exhausted. The bed seemed clean. However, all of my clothes in my suitcase had to be washed, worn or not, because they absorbed the mildew smell.

I didn't know when I checked out that getting my deposit of $200 back was optional. That's what the property told me said it would take up to 72 hours. Then once I explained it's been almost a week they told me that getting your deposit back here is optional. We cleaned our room, took out trash, my daughter's put the dirty towels and rags in the bin themselves. No damage to the room they just kept saying it's up to them forget the fact you held up your end of the agreement . No I wouldn't stay here again especially if the can keep your money if they so choose.

The staff. We rented a sep night before the group came in on Friday. At 1000am we went down and changed rooms bc the next night was double bed. The clerk called me in the new room and told me it was after 11 am and I needed to get out. I said we were just up there and changed rooms and u gave us the key for the new reservation. She said u didn't come up here. I said u just handed my husband the key . She said oh. Didn't apologize or anything.

The rooms needed serious maintenance and updating. Floor was stained, walls and paint were peeling. The pool was down. The elevator didnt work. Breakfast was okay. On a very busy street so traffic noise was loud all night.
