I like how clean the room was, no complain about that, but I was kind of sad that this hotel do not have at least a remote for the TV. Any shampoo or toothbrush for the price.

Im not trying to offend anyone here, but first of all I didnt like the staff because when I checked in. I barely could understand her for the directions and have to ask twice for the things. She was not nice, no please or no thank you! PlusI didnt know I had to leave a $50 deposit(apart from the price of the stay- nonrefundable)The room didnt have a remote for the TV also. The parking lot there made me feel unsafe and the room had an extra door that was locked in my Room. I started to feel uncomfortable that only stay for 20 mins and checkout!

We had bugs all over our room & attempted to talk to the man at the front desk to help us and he refused to help us with anything. It was sad to see how much he didnt care & the way he ignored us.
