Positives:
We were there during the eclipse and it was booked up and they had the lobby decorated for the eclipse the day of which was just fun. Coffee went fast in the morning but they did their best to replenish it in a timely fashion.
Negatives:
Hot water was out one morning but it was fixed relatively quickly.

Room 302 had a door that was very difficult to close, 2 outlets missing cover plates, the heater made an unpleasant smell, the refrigerator compressor was loud, red stains on the carpet, the tv stand was very wobbly, ceiling had stains, the shower warm water went cold in 5 minutes

Nothing. The staff grunted when I approached the desk; I thought maybe she didnt speak English so I handed her my ID. she took it and started speaking to her coworker in English. Not once did she say anything to me other than theres a $100 deposit

Room was warm, which was ok because the only covers for the bed was a sheet. Room was dirty and halls smelled of smoke. Staff was incredibly rude.
