We had no hot water for the full 2 days we stayed

Rude staff members at front desk. He was terrible and not understanding of any situation that I was encountering. No compassion for life situations and simply said no we will throw away your garments when I asked to leave them in the office for 1 hour.

The best thing about this hotel is the Staff. Taron aka as "Tee" was awesome on my 2 day stay. The other ladies were great as well. I would easily stay there again

The things I didn't like didn't effect my stay at all. 1. No elevators at this location 2. Vending machines didn't work.....but "Tee" told me in advance so I didn't lose any money in the machine 3. No ice machine working when I was there. repair call

Rooms and hallway had a dirty feeling and both rooms had an odor. Not sure what ours was but the second room smelled of old stale smoke.

I kept getting random charges to my card and the room had roaches the staff was hitting on me and unprofessional the managers were rude and unprofessional very dirty rooms
