Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The staff was nice and that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.
Negatives:
There was no coffee pot in the room, then when I got one it didn't work. Coffee offered downstairs was limited hours and out half the time. There were no hangers, no luggage rack, the drawers were dirty.

Our non-smoking room was terrible with smoke smell. They gave us some spray that was ineffective. We had to sleep with the window open in December in Indianapolis. They did apologize and we knew they were sold out but nothing else was done for us.

Although we stayed quite a few weeks. The manager of this location made it very uncomfortable for my family and I. Constantly banging on the hotel door being extremely rude. It was not a leisure stay and I would have expected way more courteousness when handling your guest. And not just myself but any other paying customer at that. People like her should NOT work in customer service....especially not at a extended stay type of situation. You never know WHAT a customer is going thru. And her down right rudeness and nastiness towards my family will not ever be forgotten!
