The location and desk personal were excellent.

The bathroom had a pocket door that was very difficult to open and close and the toilet tank did not refilling after flushing. We could get past the issues with the room, but we cannot get by the rudeness of the man working the breakfast area.

That nothing was malfunctioning in the room at least. The gym as well.

The staff. I did NOT feel safe staying there. Someone with several keys came into our room in the middle of the night, looking for empty rooms, as if computers havent done that for the last twenty years. Sketchy as hell. Thats just the start.
