The staff was not welcoming. The wifi was not good. The bathroom had a foul smell, and the fitted sheet from one of the mattress had yellow stains. Sheets were washed but stained. Will not be back here again.

Our room was dirty. The breakfast consisted of oranges,bagles and cream cheese, boiled eggs, waffles,and coffee. There was no milk, juice,cereal muffins, or toast. When they ran out of breakfast they did not restock it. They had an ATM machine,but it didn't have any money in it. Went to take a shower and unfolded my towel and it had black stuff on it. The pictures on their website look nothing like the room. I reserved a deluxe king room, but the bed was a queen. The sheets was stained and so was the blankets. I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all!!!!

The breakfast was terrible! The waffle machine was the worst ever the batter was not mixed right I told the guy at the front desk on Friday morning and nothing got changed over the entire weekend. You could not make an edible waffle!
there were no other options, no scrambled eggs available, no hash browns no bacon or sausage.....
Hard boiled eggs only nothing else.
I come to Indy about 6-8 times per year, and I will not be back to this hotel, so not only have you lost me as a customer, but you have lost anyone else that travels with me as a customer. I usually travel with 2-4 co-workers when I come down and I'm usually the guy that reserves my room first and then tells the others where I'm staying, and they follow suit....
