Negatives: Everything! It was terrible. I checked in and tried 3 rooms before I was given a room to sleep in because each room had electrical issues in it. Room 1 the whole wall of the lamps, tv, microwave and refrigerator did not work. Room 2 there was no microwave or refrigerator and the tv didn’t work. Room 3 had dead roaches, cigarette burns, no ice bucket, no face towels, no coffee machine and had an extra microwave that didn’t work next to the working microwave. The room that I ended up with had dead roaches laying around, the bathtub was filthy and had a strange hole in the shower wall that roaches came out of, the refrigerator and microwave were rigged up and plugged into one another that made me nervous about having an electrical fire. Lastly the breakfast was a choice of fruit and cold cereal and coffee none of which I eat. Upon checkout, the next front desk clerk tried to get me to pay another deposit of $100 when I had already paid the deposit upon checking in. Overall it was the worst service and hotel I have ever had during my travels. I contacted Booking.com customer service and received no resolution! She told me that they would let the hotel know of the issues I was having and apologized. The hotel already knew of the issues so that was pointless. I do not believe that I will be using this site again after having used it for years. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!

Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: If I lost everything that I didn’t like I will never finish. I’ll list a few. The sheets had stains. The bathroom was dirty, the door had a hole and the things were you hand the towels was broken, basically there’s wasn’t anything to put the towels to hold. When we got there the place smelled like marijuana even inside de hotel in the lobby. There’s was people outside their room on the door just looking around. We checked in late and we had to wait like 10 minutes for someone to help us checked in.

Positives: The bed was clean and comfortable.
Negatives: Seemed to house drug addicts and prostitutes. Very uneasy about the clientele there. Our room was filthy. It looked like people put scabs and boogers all over the walls. The carpet needs updated badly. Spider/cob webs all over. Faucet at sink Barely worked. Tv wouldnt get hardly any stations. 1/3 lamps worked. Desk chair was all ripped up.

Positives: It wasn't the best or worse place. I am not an "up scale" person. Our rooms was clean, our bathroom was clean. The hallway smelled like weed bad, but I have family that smoke so it was bad. Lots said it was real bad but I've been in worse.
Negatives: I didn't like our shower lol. There's a pin hole in the shower head said. We had to make sure the curtain was closed or it would spray on the floor. I couldn't take a bath cause the shower pull up was stuck up. The whole room could use odd and end touch ups. The ceilings need it.
