The room was clean and the location was excellent. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and all the locks worked.
Negatives:
The building could definitely use some renovation and upkeep. The elevator sounded like it was going to drop every time I used it. The neighbors were loud and obnoxious, but what can you do?

We got there a little bit late it was just after midnight and the lady working said that because we did not sign in the day before because technically it was the next day that we didn’t have any rooms and so we had to go find other room and we did not get reimbursed.

Location was good, price was good.
Negatives:
Hotel was old. Bathroom door didn’t lock, outlets were slightly pushed in and moved when you turned them on/off. All was acceptable for the price we paid but the cockroaches we saw everywhere made it a very uncomfortable stay. Didn’t bother asking for a different room because we assumed they were everywhere. We were there for the solar eclipse and prices elsewhere were too high for the night so we just dealt with it and were happy to leave.
