The staff was polite, however, the proximity to my venue was really my only plus.

USB chargers in lamps did not work, bathroom had multiple issues including visible rust on some accessories, water was dripping all night.

Floors in the room were dirty, cuts in the linens, and the windows curtains were stained. The parking lot is also nothing but potholes. The hotel was sold out the night we stayed for the eclipse and even with months to prepare, they didn't have enough food for everyone for breakfast

It looked very run down. People were in parking lot Asking for money. Parking lot filled with potholes. Several people hanging out in parking lot. It looked like a half way house. Did not feel safe for myself and family. It was very disappointing. I canceled my reservation but was charged full priced for NOTHING
