Everything was excellent outside of the breakfast.
Negatives:
The breakfast was a disaster. Cups the size of shot glasses for juice and the juice tasted like almost 100% concentrate (undiluted), the eggs were really a weird texture, the sausage tasted strange and weird texture, extremely limited selection.

Although a few years old, still thought it was a new hotel. The room was very quite. Location was great - short walk to restaurants blocks away.
Negatives:
The hotel was overrun with volleyball players and their families so the breakfast staff could not keep up in the later hour of the breakfast. Reasonable issue.
Positives:
Convenient to downtown Louisville and good value. Large room well lit and maintained comfortable temperature. B+ breakfast with many good choices. Very responsive staff - got slow bathroom sink fixed immediately. Good amenities. Comfortable beds.
Negatives:
Bathroom had garbage left from prior tenants. Otherwise good. Few places to eat within walking distance.

We loved how close it was the the walking bridge that takes you across the river. We walked to the KFC yum center, it was about a mile/ mile and half but beautiful walk if you can make it.
The front desk help was exceptional and breakfast was fabulous and FREE.
Great stay and will stay here again if we come back for another concert!
