The hotel did everything that was promised. I enjoyed a nice, quiet couple of days visiting Purdue University. Everything was neat, clean and easy to find in the hotel.

TV in our room did not work. The front desk clerk told me we would be given a discount for the not being able to use the TV and that the manager would call me to do this. I was NEVER called.

The pool is not open. I am not pay that kind of money without a pool for the kiddos. So we did not stay. We got a cheaper room down the road with a pool and an amazing breakfast.

Room wasnt cleaned very well. Staff was hanging out with a friend every time I saw her and I couldnt even find a staff member when I went to leave the property to check out. We mainly booked there because they had an indoor heated pool and unfortunately we couldnt even swim in it because it was ridiculously cold and Kids wouldnt even get in it.
