Motel 6-Lafayette IN

Negatives: I made a reservation over a month in advance. It was cancelled more than a week before the date of stay but I was not notified nor was it refunded. I still don't know if booking or the motel cancelled it. I only found out by calling the central reservation line. Booking said they would put me in a new room but then said no when it was expensive. Don't use booking. They blamed everything on the hotel. Read the terms and conditions. Booking doesn't have any policies that guarantee their behavior. After they said the hotel overbooked they didn't refund me but marked my reservation as completed. Even though it was cancelled and no rooms available! Crazy. Book directly with the hotel chain. They have a great cancellation policy.

Negatives: But what I didn't like was how everyday the price of my room changed and it was more and more every day then I didn't like the fact that they made up their own lies just to take my deposit

Negatives: Booked a 3 night stay, canceled it and booked for 1 night. They still somehow managed to check us in to the 3 night stay. Owners are irrational so we will be disputing.

Negatives: made reservation month in advance, got confirmation, got to hotel and they did not have my reservation. But offed same room for 4 times the reservation amount

Negatives: It was a very dirty room

Negatives: They did let me pay because they was wanting to charge me more than I was supposed to pay and he wanted me to pay for the day before

Negatives: That my husband had cancer he had a feeding tube he eats from and because one of their towels had food on it he said I had to pay 10 dollars for the towel.
