Negatives: This hotel is right of 65 which initially made it an ideal stopping point on our road trip. However, the windows are so terrible that it felt like we were sleeping outside. It was so incredibly loud that it was difficult to sleep.

Negatives: We were on the interstate side of hotel & it was a bit noisy.

Negatives: All was perfect but the last morning before checking out while eating our breakfast there was a employee/manager talking loudly complaining about his low staffing and had a bad attitude when I was checking out, I told him I hoped his day was better, this was around 6am - didnt think he needed to talk so all the guests eating breakfast could here his grumpy complaints of his work - he typed really hard and angry on his computer when looking up my account for a receipt , I didnt like that because it wasnt my fault he was mad

Negatives: Too much traffic noise from outside, and bed not the best. Couldn't get comfortable, so was awake most of the night. Toilet was very short and my artificial knees had a rough time getting me up/down for bathroom use. Sigh!!

Negatives: Im handicapped and was put in an upstairs room. The elevator wasnt working. I can not climb stairs so had to have someone else to go get my belongings and bring everything down to first floor. The bathtub didnt want to drain. The pool was cold. Our window blind did not work so we had light pouring into our room all night and I couldnt sleep. Plus hearing a lot of noise from the highway and interstate. The breakfast was not up to far for a holiday inn. The biscuits was cold, no white bread( only wheat which I couldnt have). There was something that had been spilt on floor and no one cleaned it up even after we complained about it. I do not usually complain about a hotel but for the price I paid for this hotel I expected a lot more instead of what I would get from a cheaper hotel. There was stuff on the floor in our room.. was like food crumbs and etc. cleaning people never left us fresh towels ,didnt make beds , never refilled our coffee and cups in the room.

Negatives: stayed two nights, the first morning the gal did not show up to prepare breakfast. The second day breakast was not near as good as the times I have had when Istayed there before.
