It was a bed to sleep in

The bright light radiating through the window, thank god I was tired from driving. I had to use a blanket to cover it. There was also a dry container and sauce container with dried up sauce in the bedside drawer. They died the stuff in the drawer even after they inspected it. I showed the picture and was just told sorry very nonchalantly.

. We really didnt find one thing that we liked! Worse Red Roof Inn we have ever stayed at.
Negatives:
I had to get someone up after 7 am to unlock the office so I could get coffee. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. All the linens were stained. The room looked like it had not been cleaned. I could go on but will probably just stay at a different chain next time.

So much I cannot even list everything. ALL of the linens were stained or disgustingly dirty looking. They didnt even smell good like they were freshly laundered. We could not get them to leave the correct amount of towels, washcloths or even a bath mat. They would leave the dirty wash clothes and then not leave us any clean to use. Asked for a bath mat when I went down to get towels and they didnt give us one. The floor was super slick and I slipped getting out. The floor was dirty- not pleasant to walk on after showering. Must have been some live in People there- pot smokers outside that stunk really bad every evening. So we had show cars and trailers and we had to park on one side of the building, but to get to our rooms which were in the back we had to go up the stairs and down around the end of the building to get to the backside. Very inconvenient. The door to the lobby was always locked and you ring a bell- this is where the ice machine was as well. Had to make several trips as we couldnt get the towels,.. needed and our door key would stop working- multiple trips around the entire building and down the stairs just to get to the office. We stopped using washcloths and I dried with a hand towel. Never again!
