The hallway outside my room was filled with bleach stains on the carpet and one of the beds in room hadn't been cleaned behind it because as I was spraying lysol there was old carmax and full of dust behind the bed. Garbage can in room was filthy by the desk

Heaters did not work, the room had bed bugs and dirty linen on the bed. We checked out early

We didnt get the rooms we reserved. They were handicapped rooms and we needed them because of medical issues. We were told no rooms available. Many items broken in one room. Lamp, refrigerator and microwave. Pool was not working.

The breakfast was good. They had us in adjoining rooms.

The face of the microwave was broken in both rooms, and 1 microwave was dirty. There were no face towels and a single dry towel in one of the rooms. There were no blankets on the bed in one of the rooms (just sheets).. The tubs were filthy in both rooms. The desk chair was missing in one of the rooms. There were holes in the walls in one room. Halls and stairwells were unkept.

Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. No lamp shade on the table lamp, dirty wall, ripped curtains, bathroom ceiling fan was screeching, front desk said breakfast served at 6:30 until food is gone. Since, when does hotel offer that. Hotel is dirty.

The best part of the hotel was the location.
Negatives:
The room was extremely dated; carpet was torn up, the smoke alarm was removed but exposed wires remained, and the carpet needed the vacuum ran sooooooo bad.
