There was a sort of grainy, rusty stain in the bathtub, about the size of a grapefruit. I had wanted to possibly use the tub but decided against it when I saw it.

The manager Colleen was super friendly and helpful but the facility does NOT have a pool or hot tub as pictured on the website. I was supposed to be refunded $178.08 plus a $20 hold once we checked in. We never even made it to the room and discovered there is no pool since Covid. If you could help me get my refund, that would be great

overall it was a good...
Positives:
The workers were super nice. Breakfast was beyond what I expected - egg variety each day, potato variety - not the same old stuff you get at other hotels. Did not expect a nearly full kitchen - we didn’t really use it but would remember that in the future.

Shower was clogged - we didn’t say anything because it did drain when showers were finished.
