Positives: The pool didn't open until 3 then the hot tub was closed until 6 on a weekend. We had to have someone come in and add a power box so we could watch TV and use the fridge. other then that staff responded

Positives: Very dirty blood on curtin and walls, hot tub down,pool suppose to be heated was cold and breakfast was completely cold try to request better quality from staff with no response the most humiliating stay I've ever had and a hotel I will be taking this further up with my attorney, it was ridiculously bad but the price I pay for me and my family.
