Amenities in the room were a plus, but the ability for the staff to give you what was needed was almost impossible to say the least.
Negatives:
The bathroom light in the room didn't work past the 1st night and I did bring it to the attention of the staff and nothing was done at all, in fact they seemed quite unbothered and incredibly uncaring to have someone just come check. Just getting silverware from the front desk attendant was like pulling teeth. Worst of all, I went three days straight without towels because, again the front desk attendant refused to give them to me and had a disgusting attitude each time I asked them to be replenished. Key cards would not let you in from the outside doors. The walls, doors, and elevator were completely gross covered in everything you could imagine and stench from the trash room and the pile that was in there was an extreme cause for concern. Absolutely appalling.

The desk clerk acted like he couldn't help us. The room was filthy, the carpets has more stains than carpet, toilet was dirty, counters broken and not clean, drapes torn. Worst hotel I've ever been in
