The staff was happy and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean.
Negatives:
The elevator door sometimes doesn't close all the way, and sometimes only closes halfway.. we got out and took the stairs just in case!

Honestly the only reason I didnt give it a 10 is because I am a travel nurse and stay at Residence Inns as I drive back and forth across interstate 80, and this was the only one that was the most expensive (and for an open studio concept not even a separate bedroom) and still charged me over $100 extra for my 15lb dog (doubled the cost of my stay). All my other stays pets were included in the price or were a small or refundable fee. The Residence Inn in Hammond, IN came with no fee so Ill be staying there again next time.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I spent most of my time on the couch laying against the large pillows watching TV. It was nicely set up. I also liked the large fridge with freezer. Nice desk area with lighting.
Negatives:
There is only one outlet at the bathroom vanity and if there are more than just one person in the room that can be difficult but that's all.
