Positives:
The room was large. The bathroom was big and clean. We had plenty of towels. Lots of pillows. Lots of space.
Negatives:
There was a literal hole in the wall. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There were two bugs in our room. The tv had the cable box attached to it in the room and so two remotes were required to make it work. The second night, only three local channels worked. Call to the front desk- no one there. Went down and waited. Apparently in this huge hotel, there is ONLY ONE PERSON ON STAFF at 8pm. He was dressed very unkempt, and was unable to fix the tv, even after coming up to my room. The couch had crumbs on it when we checked in. Will never stay here again.
