Location is ideal for Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. No frills stay is what we wanted, which allowed us to afford to stay for the entire Festival. People and accommodations were nice.

Positives:
The price point was fantastic, and the location made it easy to go to destinations in the area.
Negatives:
Everything was exceptional except certain plumbing issues. (i.e. very low water pressure in the shower, and not being able to flush toilet paper.) That made it feel a little unsanitary.
