Positives: Cooling system
Negatives: Old room. Bathroom door would not open/close. Scraped floor. Cheap shower head that was broken. Dirty molding. Room was extremely far from the front desk. Poor breakfast items. Not worth what I paid for. Should get a partial refund of half the total.

Good
Crystal Traveling as Couple October 9, 2023
Positives: First of all, we requested a downstairs room since there was no elevator, and I just had surgery on my foot. We ended up on the second floor at the other end of the hallway. Once I got to my room, I was too exhausted to ever leave the room. Which ruined the entire weekend. The room was dirty. The bar of soap was not new. The coffee pot didnt work. The refrigerator didnt work. It had a big chunk of ice in it and did not keep anything cold. The TV remote need a new batteries. the bed was very uncomfortable. They requested one bed and got two which was a waste of space in our room. There was dried liquid on the headboard of both beds. There was stains on the wall by the bathroom. The bathroom door was very hard to close because of poor construction when remodeling the floor. The employee at the desk was rude. We only spoke to the person that checked us in. The only thing nice about the hotel was the chandelier when you first walked in honestly! We did not eat breakfast there we didnt know where breakfast was served and after walking up the steps, and all the way down the hall, I was too exhausted to go find it. It wasnt at the bottom of the stairs so we didnt go looking! Our neighbors had a big dog that barked all night. The neighbor three doors down was arguing as early hours of the morning very loudly. We could hear him in our room with our door closed, and their door closed. the clock in our room. Also did not work.

Terrible, horrible, unbelievable!!!!
Jacqueline Traveling as Couple October 3, 2023
Positives: Location
Negatives: Our first stay was terrible, we needed a pet room and that room smelled so bad of pee, that we did not sleep well at all. After a long drive of travel this is the last thing a person needs. If you want people to have certain room because of pets please take out the carpet!!!!!!!! Customer need to take care of their Damm pets!!! Your rooms need to be updated, the refrigerator did not work, the bathroom is old, door sticks to floor. Will not stay here again.
