Positives: Can't say I was impressed with anything about this place to be completely honest.
Negatives: There was no free breakfast this morning. Our room appeared to have not been cleaned well,if at all. We found stains and another person's hair laying on the inside of the cover of the bed. And last but not least the room had a lingering smell of stale cigerette odor. This smell was very distinct to me and my girlfriend because we are not smokers and do not partake in nor practice such bad habits. Upon checking out of the hotel I turned in my keys to the front desk so that would be able to get my $50 security deposit back. The man at the front desk is supposed to conduct a check of the room while I am present the point out any descrepancys or mishandling of the room in which would prevent me from getting a deposit back, Which the front desk attendant neglected to do so upon my departure. In fact it wasn't until after I left he conducted his check of the room and made a report that I had in fact been smoking inside the room. After several hours had passed and I heard nothing back from the them about my deposit I contacted them via email and asked where it was and hoey responded with an w long I could expect before I got it back.they then responded with an invoice stateing that hat there was smoking a n the room which is inaccurate and insufficient grounds to keep my deposit. ,I carefully reviewed some reviews of the hotel and established that they have a reputation for doing this type of thing to people frequently. I would like to be compensated for the money that they took for something I did not do. And for being treated unfairl. I hope you can assist me in doing so. Thanks and God bless you
