The hotel is dated. You can tell that repairs have been made to just get stuff fixed and not care about the appearance.

Clean enough- great location.
Positives:
Hotel itself was clean and very close to concert. Just a quick walk from the back door to the concert hall. Check in and out was friendly and helpful.

It was fairly clean. Lamp had tape over one of the plugs. Dirty under beds, in grooved handle of fridge, and very dated. With this said I would stay again, as I always bring disinfectant spray.
