The extra staff was nice and came up stairs to get our fan working.

The night person took forever to get us into our room. Second room was not the type of room we booked. I thought the bathroom toweleasn t going to dry my body off.

Keys did not work at side entrance. Room heat, phone & microwave did not work. Moved to room with no phone & no Wi-Fi. Pool was closed. Toilet flush issue. Struggled with the room keys everytime. Breakfast gone at 9am (was told 9:30). Decor worn & old.

I got bit allover by Bedbugs. I wasnt able to sleep at all. They are still itching and turning into sores. The hotel was dirty and smelled badly. I will NEVER book again if my job send me to South Bend! This hotel should be removed from the list!!!

It was 1 hour away from St Joseph Michigan , which was my search destination city. The entire hotel stunk like body odor.

The night attendent got my A/C working right away.

The orange juice was hot and teh water for tea and oatmeal was lukewarm.

paid for non-smoking room. it reeked of cigarette smoke. when i went to the front desk, Melody said "If anyone was smoking in that room, I would have smelled it." I proceeded to tell her there were cigarette burns on the bed spread and sofa. there is more

It smelled horrible, not very clean or up to date. No towels or soap in the rooms, a/c did not work so they put us in another room with no working phone or tv and refused to give us our money back.
