Negatives: Working on the parking lot when they were fully booked made parking a challenge

Negatives: The person next to us was obnoxious & very loud at 2am. Police had to come twice, they told us there was nothing they could do due to him being a “resident”. They had roaches in the rooms. Breakfast was awful besides the waffle maker, they served yogurt that was spoiled because they’re fridge wasn’t working.

Negatives: Was not handicap accessible. I am supposed to be in a wheelchair but couldn't use it at this hotel. I am unable to climb stairs but there's no elevator in this hotel & they had my rooms on the 2nd floor. I had to be assisted up & down the stairs due to only having use of one leg. I have to see surgeon this week now to see if any damage has been done due to have to put weight on my damaged leg/foot. Unable to use shower because of the lack of grab bars and the tub being slick because of no grip strips

Negatives: I would appreciate a bigger sign at the road. I missed it the first time I drove by.

Negatives: No Broadcast tv even when I asked the clerk to connect my room to ABC, NBC or CBS it was unavailable. Breakfast was a joke, brown bananas, Tang for OJ and pre-packaged hostess donuts. No housekeeping service so there was no replenishment of the coffee in my room, bed made etc. The screen in my window was torn from top to bottom.

Negatives: The first thing to hit you upon entering is the awful smell. And it only gets worse when you walk further into the building. There was no elevator. It looked like there was blood on the chair in my room. There was garbage in the hall in front of the rooms. The rear door that I was directed to enter for access to the stairs was not locked. The stairs creaked so badly that I was afraid I was going to fall through them. The bed was hard and, honestly, I'm surprised I didn't have guests sharing it with me. The hotel manager was eating and talking loudly on the phone in the breakfast area when I went down for breakfast. The only things available were waffles, a stale bagel, and questionable yogurt. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, but I checked out after only one.

Negatives: I reserved a double room for two nights but had to change to a single because my daughter ended up not coming with me and I was still charged the price of a double. TV could have a better selection of channels (couldn’t even get local channels). And the breakfast bar left a bit to be desired. The milk/juice dispenser was out of order, only offered orange juice and milk (unfortunately I can’t drink either), did have bananas, plain bagels, waffle station, two flavors mini muffins and stale cereal. Could it hurt to put a few donuts out there? (I used to work at a hotel in my city with a breakfast bar and the donuts were the biggest hit
