Positives: The young gal that put the morning breakfast together should be recognized for her hard work. We were there on a Friday morning Feb. 29th. I dont think there would be anything wrong with setting out a gratuity jar so people could show their appreciation.
Negatives: I found the pillows on the bed to be to hard.

Positives: People were nice and the location was good.
Negatives: there were bugs in my bed. i told the manager about it and although she did get ahold of me and was really nice, they did nothing to compensate me.

Negatives: I was so very sad & disappointed in the management of this hotel. I asked for an exception to their policy as I was making a road trip back to Chicago to celebrate with my 9 year old niece out first ever Christmas. My dog needed life saving surgery, completely unexpectedly. I had to travel back & forth for a week to Windsor, CO to be there for her. I remain disappointed that the Christmas spirit wouldn't have risen to meet this situation. I was nearly 100% certain that I would be able to drive to Chicago in the following weeks to keep my promise to my little Lily, who was nearly desperate for me to visit as she is struggling. I thought a credit for the less than $100 would be feasible. I love this hotel and stay there every time I go back to Chicago. I could've used this money or credit to help me make this trip work and devote my time and money to Lily in other life-enriching ways (especially as I subsist on a fixed income.)
