Positives:
The location was convenient, Old. Chicago was delicious, the breakfast was really good, front desk staff was very polite and helpful, the price was great.
Negatives:
The bathroom walls had some splatters in it, the toilet had some red liquid on the base, there was a sofa in the hallway and one of the front entrance door didn’t work.

Friendly staff, nice guy, not his fault the place is disgusting.
Negatives:
For starters, one of the entrance doors was broken and wide open. No lock or latch, we don't know the area so that was alarming. Up to our floor, there was a broken couch sitting in the middle of the hallway..? and was there the entire time. We needed the pullout bed from the couch only to horrifically discover a fresh, yes still wet, urine stain on the sheets and mattress! Ugh! The sheets were all bunched up and when we attempted to make the bed we're like, why are these sheets wet, and then discovered the culprit. Dis-gus-ting! Not to mention the other various stains and splatters around the room and bathroom. I'm fairly sure they clean the bathroom about every 1/3 visit or so as it was less than ideal. We requested a new room but they told us they didn't have any more with the amount of beds we needed so we ended up driving back home 3 hours in the middle of the night! That wasn't great but better than sleeping on someone else's fluids...yuck.

It was warm and inviting. I liked that shopping was right across the street and Earl May too. TJMaxx, Old Navy and a lot of other stores. The employees were friendly. I liked they had pool and hot tub.
Negatives:
The coffee. There was a scooters real close so that was nice. I could have brought my coffee pot if I wanted. I didn’t but they had black tea so that was nice. The hot tub had sand in the bottom so needed to be cleaned out.
