Location is close to where our son lives in Gilbert.
Negatives:
Bathtub had mildew/mold, the tub had a large broken spot, breakfast stopped sometime before 9:30 a.m. on the Sunday morning we checked out, which is pretty early for a weekend.

Comfortable bed. Hot tub was good.
Negatives:
Ceiling leaking on us from the room above. Reported it to front desk and nobody came to check on it. So we had wet towels all over the floor to soak up the water and chunks of plaster were falling out of the ceiling due to the leak. Paid 200 bucks for the room and we are very disappointed.

Id like some money back on my stay it was extremely hot hot fan from front seat we had to go retrieve it cooled down some morning was still hot told front clerk clean vent heater air conditioner it may help was not a delightful stay for price I paid ,

It was very musty smelling. The elevator was sketchy. The toilet leaked and took forever to flush. The pool looked nice but it closed at 9 pm so we didnt have a chance to swim. If you wanted a soda or water, you had to pay $8.00 at the vending machine. Thats a ridiculous price for a bottle of soda or water.
