Overall the stay was good. It seems a little more run down/worn than the last time we stayed there. Breakfast was good and it is a good value compared to others in the same area. We did not make any special requests such as "quiet" room as the previous question suggests. But our room was quiet.
Negatives:
Overall it was good. Nothing that I didn't like. Just seems a little more worn (coverlets/blankets) than the last time we stayed there.

Yes. I told the manager I have a cat and he told me I could not bring in my cat even though it states specifically its pet friendly. I wasted an hour drive out to this hotel,the manager was rude and did not give me a refund after I canceled that night.

The front office executives were super friendly and courteous. Before leaving I suddenly had a back sprain and the ladies went above and beyond to give me the required attention. You could see the genuine concern.
