Yes. I told the manager I have a cat and he told me I could not bring in my cat even though it states specifically its pet friendly. I wasted an hour drive out to this hotel,the manager was rude and did not give me a refund after I canceled that night.

The front office executives were super friendly and courteous. Before leaving I suddenly had a back sprain and the ladies went above and beyond to give me the required attention. You could see the genuine concern.

Location, price, and breakfast were great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very nice.

They charged us $25/night for a small dog, seemed higher than other hotels. We had a little mold in the caulk around the tub.

Had an issue with our shower/bath. The handle was broken and it wasn't resolved before checking out. Unable to utilize the bathroom due to this issue. Staff didn't seemed worried about rectifying the issue.
