Very friendly manager and staff! Clean accommodations! Kitchenette! Manager got a shower chair for my mother to use during our stay.
Negatives:
Website stated it was a "disability room with 2 queen beds" that I'd reserved. My mother is safer using a walk-in shower. No "disability room with 2 queen beds" even part of the My Place building in Ankeny. . .only with 1 bed.

This was the first time we had stayed where the room had a cute and convenient kitchen. Our bed was very comfortable, it was nice to have a recliner in the room, and the bathroom tub sides werent too high so getting in and out of the shower was easy!
Negatives:
The only negative was that the refrigerator was a little noisy all the time.
