I would recommend this hotel...
Positives:
I needed a staycation and decided to drive 90 minutes from home. Front desk staff was great! Very friendly and personable with their guests. Ample parking spots right near the entrance. Elevator was very quick. Wifi was working great throughout the entire stay. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to get some sleep right away. I've actually stayed at this location before for a work trip. I'm planning on returning again for another staycation. It's close to a lot of restaurants and the interstate (less than 15 miles to Des Moines). I didn't have breakfast but it looked fully stocked as I head out for a day of shopping.
Negatives:
One of the bathroom lights were out (I forgot to mention that at check out) and I thought the AC could have been a little bit better. I just love sleeping in a super cold room - my personal preference.
