Positives:
I have stayed here for years when visiting family. Everything was improved. Fresh paint, flooring, and bathrooms. Much improved. The staff was helpful & very polite. I had tv problems: attention to it was immediate and satisfactory WiFi was reliable

The sign outside said waffles. There were none. The breakfast was lacking, only cereal and sticky buns. Nothing else

There was a bag of medication sitting by the entrance and another pill bottle by the entrance.
The toilet was nasty and not cleaned. The staff was not friendly.
