Got no sleep the rooms were filthy They had dead bed bugs in the room The first room they tried to give my friend's wasnt even cleaned The gentleman that helps run it is extremely rude And my friends that came with us didn't even have heat in their rooms

The original staff although poorly run, they were atleast nice and made you feel like a guest
Negatives:
The ownership is the worst I have seen in the Wyndham Hotel group. I have seen a lot of them. Treats not only his guests horribly but his employees as well. He uis the equivalent to a slum lord in the eesidental market. This owner and 70% Of the owners that have taken over hotels in the Wyndham group is the clearest indication. A live wyndham is slipping and falling steadily fast into the abyss of the hospitality group. It is people like Mr. Patel himself. Who fall under the Wyndham category hospitality group? Who clearly just used the name Wyndham. And don't care of the meaning of that or their own family name for they have destroyed any kind of reputation that they want might have had. With run down hotels under their name. There are pure lack of caring for the consumer and the employees of under they're built. It won't be long before you will hear. The William group doesn't exist because others like this care about the pennies they put in their pocket. Instead of the dollars that they could be given from happy guests.

Don't restock breakfast items. Almost every day there's something missing. Or they don't put out enough items.

good location and cheap, and the night manager when I first arrived was helpful and considerate
Negatives:
Cockroach infestation in room, morning front desk person was incompetent and extremely rude, also yelled at me and later hung-up on me. He offered no assistance or alternative with the roach infested room. I would never stay there again.

upon check in first two rooms had major water leaking in tub third room did not. Staff was not very helpful and a bit upset I was complaining. Hotel show sits age and rooms need a good deep cleaning.
