The location of the property was nice. Also had a lot of parking.
Negatives:
The staff were very unprofessional and seemed like guests inconvenienced them. Many were in sweat pants and one even was wearing their bonnet. It was hard to tell who was staff and guests until they walked behind the counter. We paid extra for a jacuzzi and none of the jets worked. Light bulbs were missing from some lights. There were weird stains on the arm chair. The lock to the bathroom was missing. And there were random pieces of tape all over the wall. It was super strange. We were also not told anything about the facilities, pool hours, when check out was, or breakfast times. They didn’t even offer us a receipt.
