Negatives: Sofa bed in living room was stained and really old, bad condition

Negatives: It was worn and could use a face lift.

Negatives: The hallways are a little confusing!

Negatives: TV was broken

Negatives: To find anything bad is a far reach but if I were to make any recommendations to make it even more stellar, I would say maybe some shredded cheese near the salsa to add to the scrambled eggs. Also, our coffee pot was a little dirty in the room but no biggy because there’s a dishwasher. So we washed it. No big deal at all.

Negatives: TV did not work, we had to move rooms. In the second room there were plumbing issues, water on toilet ran continuously

Negatives: This place was very dirty! I mean dirty. We decided to go up to the room and guess what? I don't think they have vacuumed the floors for along time. I went in to take a shower and we had one towel and no shower curtain. I went down stairs to ask for a shower curtain and the lady at the front desk said she didn't have one to give me. She had to take it for another room cause it the hotel was full. She couldnt even give me an extra towel because they didn't have any cleaned. She told me all the cleaning staff left at noon and never returned to work. So I asked her for my money back so we could stay somewhere else and she said no she couldn't do that. I asked for the number so i could talk to someone above her and she refused to give me a number.I told her I was going to get my husband so I could show her that we already paid for the room and how much and who we went through to book it. By the time I and my husband returned back to the front desk. She said she was on the phone talking to a lady by the name of Angie and she said they would refund me back 130.00 of my payment and someone give me a shower curtain from an abandoned room. Well then the front lady asked me to install the shower curtain and I said I shouldn't have to do that. There were 2 young men standing in the hallway and one offered to put it in for us. So all three of us went back up to the room and I asked him if he worked here he said no. Wow! We talked a little bit about what we were going through and the price I paid for the room and he said that I was way over the usual price that he has ever been charged to stay there. Still to this day I have never received any part of my refund. Very sad business and very sad employees. I really think the place needs torn down or totally gone through and cleaned. Spend some money on shower curtains and towels. Hire new front desk personnel that don't lie.
