Asked for top floor away from the elevator, ice machine and stairs. We were right across from all, guests coming off elevator or stairs were rude and very loud past 12:30am!
Our room was in need of TLC, paint coming off wall and shower head was lose and couldn’t be moved

We have stayed here on trips to see family in the past. This trip for a funeral. Place seemed down hill. Breakfast items were sad. Lack of coffee in the morning for guests. Have gone to cheap cream cheese instead of Philly cream cheese. No lids for coffee. Ran out of syrup for waffles and when attendant was told he said well we are out. Didn't care about it. Towels in room were tiny for bath towels. Will say this our last trip to stay in this place. Will pay extra and stay in mason city next time
