Staff was rude. Took them a long time to check me in Because nobody was at the desk stains on all sheets and towels. Carpet was dirty hot tub was close. It was literally spiders swimming in the pool it smelled like feces and Then check out is at 12 but at 10 I had 2 different people knock on door loud and hard 2 different time to get in the

Positives:
The staff fixed a mistake right away and very happy they made it right. Breakfast was good my boys loved the waffles and my husband Luke the coffee but it could've been stronger.
Negatives:
The hot tub not working right was a disappointment. My husband was really looking forward to it but with the leak and it being very cold, it wasn't usable.

Shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer included. Breakfast included.
Negatives:
Found tissues in the bed, which proved the sheets were never changed. Front desk staff when we arrived and when we checked out was very nice, but any time in between wasn't sociable at all.

Location is great. Right near most stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
Rooms were not very clean. Stains on the bedding and carpets. Our sink did not drain properly. Showers are so loud it sounds like your neighbors are using yours. Pool was closed for maintenance (again) yet nobody was working on it during our three days there. Was also still filled with water.

OVERALL VERY NICE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY HAND HELPFUL. MY KIDS LOVED THE HEATED POOL.
Negatives:
THE PILLOW ARE VERY VERY SOFT. WHICH DID CAUSE SOME NECK PAIN THE NEXT DAY.
