Negatives: rude front desk, and in my room there was dirt and lint hanging from the popcorn ceiling which needs to be vaccumed and cleaned right now today it is filthy dirty.

Negatives: Room was not very clean...charged me a pet deposit which is fine but I walk into the room and there gum on the floor and all kinds of other things. I took pictures of everything before I even bought my stuff and my pets into the room!

Positives: Friendly service and room is clean. Due to the fact that I have extend my stay I was able to stay in the same room and not have to switch rooms.
Negatives: That the creamer in the lobby was spoiled

Positives: There are roaches hiding behind things hanging on the wall. Roaches everywhere. Had to have staff come in to remove things from the wall when I woke up and found a roach on my pillow . The room was not handicapped accessible. Never again.
